We had a fantastic time at the villa (Fienile Montalbano)! The villa itself is beautiful and is exactly what we were looking for (secluded, perched on top of the Montalbano hills, gorgeous views of the Lamporechio township and in the middle olive groves. The owners Stefano and Stefania were adorable and made us feel at home (away from home). We were invited to a garden party at the villa grounds where we got to socialise with other locals and guests and quite possibly had eaten the best (oven wood fired) home-made pizzas. They also made suggestions for our various day road trips which were very useful. We would then go out to the villages, buy some local produce and cook up a storm at night where we held dinner parties at the villa (with the owners). We now have fond memories of Tuscany and a huge part of that is the lovely and unforgettable experience we had at the villa. I would very much recommend your agency to others as all the arrangements were clear and we utterly enjoyed our stay. Ciao, Macoy 09/2010 |
