I can tell you right off the bat that I will use your services anytime I travel. The accommodations were great and the owner, Roberto Rossi, was VERY patient while I was trying to find the place. At the end, we were both on the cell phone looking for each other in the piazza. He was very nice and the apartment had everything we needed. My traveling companion was a little distressed at the size of the washing machine. (she's never been abroad before) but we made that work as well. I would caution future travelers at that time of year, that the week before Easter week, every school known to man sends their students to Florence with no curfew. That was a little bothersome but we got over it. Also, not under your control either, was the renovation going on in the building directly across from ours. Power saws and jack hammers at 6:30 am, even on Sundays. However, we got over that too. The weather was perfect, the food was good, the wine was exceptional and the people were super.
