This beautiful villa lies in a very panoramic setting and is just a five minute walk from a village. It features a large terrace, a lovely garden and a large indoor heated swimming pool with sauna. The villa is brand new, and has a number of modern comforts, including satellite TV, ISDN phone line and high fidelity stereo system. Furniture and décor are very tasteful.

Inside the house

The main entrance is on the first floor. In the spacious living area there is a living room with sofa bed, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven and dishwasher.

The ground floor, which has a separate entrance, has a double bedroom with a wardrobe room, a second twin bedded room and a big bathroom.

Outside

The indoor swimming pool is on the upper level, and it overlooks the terrace with a large window. The pool area also includes a bathroom, shower and sauna, with an additional shower available on the outdoor terrace.

The garden and terrace area is well equipped with outdoor table and chairs and barbecue.

The lower level is a green area, with sufficient space for three cars, hidden from the lake view.
