We loved our stay at the villa, & it was the highlight of our vacation in Italy. We loved the casual nature of the villa & the area, we enjoyed the culture & the people very much. We visited surrounding towns each day to embrace the history & the people. We cooked breakfast & dinner most every night after stopping to shop for groceries & wine from our daily excursion. This was a great time for us to relax & soak in the culture & relax. The only issues we had was the initial location of the villa. Turns out there are two roads with basic same name as the address. Consequently our GPS picked up the wrong one & took us about 7 -8 miles from the villa. We had a difficult time getting this straightened out & Anna met us a short distance from the villa & took us the last mile or so. We loved our experience. Thank you L&V H. October 2012 Hi Jim - we were delighted with our stay at Bella Perugia and with your agency's assistance through all steps of the process. The owner was helpful with great suggestions for touring. She shared her vegetables and fresh eggs with us, and was very generous with her time and advice. The house was comfortable and spacious, and we really enjoyed the patio and the pool. The only thing that we struggled with were the driving directions to the house - they could use some editing. Thanks again, and we hope to be able to return some day. M.P. July 2013 |
